These terms and conditions govern all business relationships between us and our clients.

Any deviating terms and conditions of the client shall not apply unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

We offer the following services in the field of web development and AI solutions:

• Development of websites, web applications, and custom software solutions
• AI integration, chatbot development, and automation solutions
• Technical consulting and project management

Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon our written confirmation of the order or upon commencement of service provision.

Contract Duration

The contract duration is determined by the individual project scope or service agreement.

All prices are in Euro and do not include applicable VAT.

Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date without deduction.

We accept bank transfers and other specified payment methods.

Our Obligations

We commit to providing our services professionally and according to current technical standards.

Client Obligations

The client shall provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner.

Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns essential contractual obligations.

Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
